  I cannot recommend Daniela Labinoti and her team enough. After I was involved in a car accident where someone speeding hit me and completely totaled my car, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. From the very beginning, Daniela and her team truly went above and beyond to help me with my case. They are incredibly caring, informative, and dedicated to the people they represent. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always felt supported. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and the outcome of their cases. If you’re looking for an injury attorney who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping you, I highly recommend Daniela Labinoti and her team.

  I cannot recommend Daniela Labinoti enough. From the very beginning, she was incredible, caring, attentive, and absolutely relentless in fighting for what was fair. She truly worked tirelessly on my case and never made me feel like just another client. Her staff was just as amazing. Every step of the way, they made the process feel personal and manageable. They answered questions, kept me informed, and supported me through what was unfortunately a long and complicated process due to many circumstances outside of our control. Daniela is tough and a little sassy, and I mean that in the best way possible. She is a fighter. She does not back down, and that is exactly the kind of attorney you want in your corner when you’re going through one of the hardest times of your life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping my little family, especially to get me stable for my son, through one of the toughest experiences we could have faced after my car accident.   Ms. Labinoti and her incredible team, Mr. McElroy and Mr. Lucey were great. They treated my family with compassion, respect, and genuine care. Ms. Labinoti is not only knowledgeable, but is also a fierce advocate who truly fights for her clients. Mr. McElroy and Mr. Lucey were just as dedicated, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to answer our questions. What stood out most was how hard they fought for my family. They were thorough, strategic, and never backed down. We always felt like we had a strong team in our corner who truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.   I Can personally tell you of Daniella and her team. they are more than a law firm they are not looking for an insurance claim like other attorneys, in 2019 my daughter was killed by a truck driver in Dallas /Fort Worth who didn't see my daughter's car and drove on top of her, she died on site, we were living at the time in Phoenix AZ, we received the call and my wife and I were in a place we were in still trying to absorbed what had happened, we called Daniela while she was in a court case and once she heard what had happened she walked out of the court hearing and cried and told us she would help us, her and her complete office did everything they could do to help us and even paid out of her pocket to get inspectors to investigate, I am a former DOT Inspector ,SSG USMC RECON and have been in the mechanical field and towing industry for 44 years so I knew protocols of a fatality dealing with tractor trailers, un fortunately Ft Worth PD let the truck driver go when it should have been impounded but Daniela didn't give up she fought for us even though technicalities we not in our favor I respect what she did for my family she went above and beyond to fight for us and for that I am and will always be great full from the bottom of my heart thank you Daniela and your team for fighting for us C Reyes (RIP Mariah C Reyes)
