  May 2023- Angrily still a client!!! Nearly $9000 in, cant just start over. Very little performance from assigned attorney. 1.5 years in. I have done most of the paper work responses. Most paper work the firm has done is sending 3 fee contracts and request for extension without confirming with me. Talked to supervising Attorney, he was extremely defensive for having to talk to me! When I asked for next higher Attorney, he did slightly apologize because 90% of calls he deals with are complaints?!@#!? That should tell you alot. ************ original post Currently a client, very unsatisfied! Poor communication by one attorney. They bill you for every interaction by email or phone. They do not get back to you that day. I sent an email on Friday and I have not heard anything on Wednesday yet! I get quick responses when they want more money. I complained and asked to speak to a lead attorney, guess what, I was billed for having meeting to complain! So far, they have not done anything worth the 4k I have paid them so far. Now I am stuck with them! Disappointing! I wiil repost if anything changes. California
