  I honestly regret ever using Texas Tax Protest. This company feels like a complete scam. They promise to help reduce your property taxes, but in my experience using them for 3 years, they did absolutely nothing to reduce my taxes and still charged a $50 fee each year. I saw zero evidence that they actually protested anything on my behalf. No updates, no meaningful communication, no results—just a charge on my account. It really makes me question whether they even submit protests at all. What’s even worse is that you’re paying them upfront with the expectation they’ll deliver some kind of value, but there’s nothing to show for it. I could have filed the protest myself and at least known it was done correctly. I strongly warn anyone considering this service, don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off handling it yourself than trusting a company that appears to take your fee and disappear. Total disappointment.

  Knowledgeable and very interesting. Ray and Liz were some of the most engaging representatives that I have come across. I would absolutely recommend.
