The consultant is not even a licensed attorney and shouldn't be asking PII information during initial consultant and triage. Something very fishy. I asked to speak to an attorney who can provider his/her license number if I were to provide DOB and I was told that they don't do that. There are other firms who do not ask PII during initial consult and they work on contingency basis too.
