SSA doctor said he was magically cured after he turned 18. Obvious malicious denial. Other attorneys agree. Spend time on hold listening to a Morgan & Morgan reporting about how they don't just dismiss clients because the case might be messy. And then right after that I spoke to representative that told me that Morgan and Morgan wouldn't be taking their case because it's messy... Well not exactly. After getting off the phone with a supervisor, the representative ended up lying to me and telling me that because my son was forced to work in order to stay alive, it's going to be an automatic no from ssa. After researching the appropriate as a say laws (20 CFR § 404.1573), turns out that was a lie. And a lie that was being spoken to my face with an audible smile on the face of the representative on the other end. I'm not assuming that he was smying out of maliciousness, but because he assumed that I was incorrect because he was told otherwise by an attorney above himself. In any case people should be aware that when Morgan and Morgan says that they aren't filtering out clients based on risk? That's a lie. They are filtering all of you out based on risk. In fact various AIS including.com have made it mentioned that Morgan and Morgan is particularly notorious for filtering out clients and lying about it. According to multiple blog posts and at least one news article from 6 years ago.

Most I got was a long holding period listening to the story of how he wanted to help people to be denied and thrown into a referral system that was an absolute joke and since have had increased spam calls.
