  No los recomiendo para nada te quieren arreglar abase de engaños y después que te agarra I’ve te dejan botado no hacen nada por ti y lo pero te siguen sacando dinero de la cuenta y les hablas y te bloquean ni a la familia le dan información y ni te devuelven el dinero ni lo que te siguen robando de la cuenta

  I’ve had my husbands case severely mishandled here. They have pushed VAWA on him, pushed it off, gave him incorrect information and we have had to fight to get information processed. I have had to do a lot of the grunt work and made them follow through because they are incredibly uneducated and work through things fast without thinking of other outcomes or looking through your case entirely. They don’t do the research they should do. I have had to request my own FOIA’s because when I called to check on information they said they did not order anything and instead proceeded with unchecked facts. During a time as hard as this for immigrants I would not waste my time or money here. I feel as if we were scammed out of 11k. Yes that’s how much it took to get my case started and worked on. No new developments and no new information. I have to call to follow up otherwise they will not. You speak to someone who will make you feel heard and then they will take no action on your case. It’s a vicious cycle. Besides that, they have call centers that receive your calls and no one is educated on your case. You have to ask to speak to a manager or the person handling your case, who is never available. They will give you attitude when asking questions and they will just pass you along. Your calls are never returned when they say they will be. Please seek better representation. UPDATE: After this generic response that they give everyone, I called them just like they asked me to. The lady that answered was extremely rude and hung up on me telling me she would not take my feedback because this was not my case but my husband. To which I told her I specified that in my review. She didn’t care and said “I’m not going to talk to you”. If this firm actually took the time to read my review and gave me a personalized answer they would have known this wasn’t my case but my husbands. Instead they had their bot answer me, had me call, were rude and then hung up. I will say this again, save your time, money, mental health and effort and go somewhere else. There is actually a lot of good immigration attorneys in the area. Do not get mistreated by these people.
