  Trust me when I say, do not use this firm!!! I just got my break down for my case. Out of 30K gross settlement, they say I'm only getting 2K of the money? 7500 to child support and 2K to me is the breakdown. In comparison, my previous MVA which was a minor fender bender, I also got 30K gross with 6K going to child support and 9K going in my pocket after attorney and medical expenses. Im this case with Jim Adler, my car was totaled, I sustained way more injuries but Im coming out with 75% less than what I got when working with the Law Offices of Scott Richard. Jim Adler was so negligent in my case that they were not on top of my medical treatment that they didnt have my fractured wrist set in a cast and it never healed correctly. I will never use these guys again and urge others to work with a much better firm The Law Offices of Scott Richard or any other firm will be better than Jim Adler I would imagine. You also have to threaten to report the handling attorney to the bar just to get them to return a phone call or email for a case update.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I wish I would have never went through Jim Adler and will NEVER recommend this company to anybody! I was in a wreck over a YEAR ago and I’m working harder than the damn lawyer to get stuff figured out myself! I sent emails, I called repeatedly and keep getting NOWHERE! Today 01/05 yet again they have claimed their case manager sent a request to the incorrect location and they just realized it when I sent an email from the hospital! Mind you I sent the first email over a month ago just to be today it could be another 30 days from today! Absolutely do NOT recommend!!!

  This law firm full of it I never spoke with a lawyer only his secretary once to ask me what happened on my wreck after that I been calling for 6 weeks to get a update on my case the lawyer nor his secretary has answered or gave me a call back and that’s very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone STAYAWAY
