I’m very thankful to Jim Adler & Associates for handling my case. Legal situations are stressful, but they took the time to explain things and support me throughout the process. I appreciate the work they did and would recommend them. Definitely one of the best law firms out there!

“I had my initial consultation with Clint Rytima recently regarding a 18 wheeler accident. From the start, he made me feel comfortable and heard—no rush, no judgment. He explained the process clearly in plain language, answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave honest, realistic advice about my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. It was refreshing to get straightforward guidance during such a stressful time. I left feeling much more informed and confident about next steps. Highly recommend scheduling a consultation here—it’s worth it! 5 stars!”

I rarely write reviews but this experience was so bad that i felt obligated to help anyone who is considering using this law firm, to look elsewhere. I was warned by many people not to use Jim Adler and Associates and I deeply regret not listening. To make a long story short, my accident occurred in 2022 when a Dr Pepper 18 wheeler spun me out and crashed me into a barrier on the highway. I had minor damage to my shoulder and neck area, but the major damage was coming from my knee. I had swelling and was referred to a doctor after visiting the ER. The person that hit me was at fault and received a ticket for reckless lane change. Due to this injury occurring while I was working, I had to file a Worker’s Comp claim. The doctor that I was referred to did not accept workers comp. Therefore, he performed a “scope” surgery, discharged me and claimed he did not find anything wrong with my knee while I still had frequent swelling. This accident caused me to lose my job and I was unable to pay bills or afford any more medical treatment. I had to move back home to California with family. I tried to get treatment and seen by doctors in California, but workers comp did not allow me to do so. I reached out to my attorney several times to try to help me and get me seen by a doctor, but I could not contact or get a hold of anybody. Finally a year later, I was contacted by them saying the statute of limitations is almost up and I had to be seen by a doctor if I wanted this case to continue. So I had to move back to Texas with a friend and see a second Doctor who diagnosed me with a torn meniscus. I received a second surgery, and attended several months of physical therapy. By this time it is nearly 2024, and there has been no talks of money or any type of settlement at all. I cannot get a hold of a case manager or my attorney to save my life. Finally in 2025 my attorney reached out to me and stated that the other side wanted to have a mediation. Two days before my mediation my attorney claims that the other side found a an MRI on my knee prior to the crash and stated they believe it came from that instead of the crash. I don’t understand how the other side knew that but my attorney did not? Once that was found, my attorney completely shut down and even said “we are screwed”. No fight was had, just gave up and threw in the towel. He even said if we took it to court instead of “taking what they give us” at mediation, he would not represent me in court. I will now have lifelong pain in my knee and a small amount of money (that i STILL have not seen) to help me with that for the rest of my life. I was 21 when this happened, now I am nearly 27 and still have not received any sort of money for, damage to my car, being fired, my 2 surgeries or trauma I have experienced. It makes me think that they made a deal with the other side to screw me out of my money I was owed. With all of this being said, look to an ACTUAL law firm to help you with your case, don’t believe the commercials like I did.

I would beware of this scam artist I had one of there people come to my house after my wreck and talk me up tell me everything was going to go smoothly just go to physical therapy every week and I’ll get paid and I did for a year it’s been 12 years I still have back problems had to go through the process of getting payment for my wrecked truck first all they would help with was the injury side of it then when the check was issued they pretty much took every bit of it between them and Texas injury clinic they robbed me after being rear ended doing 80 mph on 174 leaving Joshua while sitting still at a red light I feel I was robbed by Jim Adlers office and would never recommend using them not only that but behind the lost time at work the time injured and time in physical therapy I was robbed and only walked away with a couple thousand

My experience with Jim Adler & Associates has been extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of communication and follow-through.
At some point, my assigned attorney left the firm, and I was never informed. I was told last week that my documents would be sent for attorney approval on Monday, yet my case remains in the closing department with no update, explanation, or timeline.
I have made repeated attempts to get basic information about my case. My calls are routinely declined or transferred to voicemail, and no one returns them. I cannot reach anyone who appears to have knowledge of my file. This is especially concerning as I have outstanding medical bills and was told they would be handled by the end of this week or early next week. To date, I have received no confirmation that this is actually happening.
Clients deserve transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. Particularly when medical and financial stress is involved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with this firm. I am hopeful this review prompts the communication I have been seeking.
