  They lost me 2 houses, stocks and retirements. As soon as I paid, I was not treated the same. The lawyers acted like I didn’t have much of a chance at winning. I found it difficult to get a timely response, even waiting weeks between phonecalls and emails. They switched my paralegal without telling me and when I finally did get an in person meeting, Mr Ramires was late and looked tired and uninterested. He even used an ai tool search engine to answer questions about my case bc he himself didn’t know. After calling and emailing about a dozen times, they finally called to tell me my ex wife had offered a settlement, but my lawyer was not available to explain it to me, so I didn’t accept in time. My ex had a lawyer who is ten times more expensive than Garcia Ramires, and when we did go to court, they were properly prepared. Mr Ramires did not even bother to call me and discuss my case until 7pm the night before. When we got to court at 9am the next day, my ex’s lawyers had paperwork that my lawyer had completely neglected to see, immediately giving my ex the upper hand. According to Mr Ramires, we had no choice but to give my ex everything she wanted. Mr Ramires apologized bc he knew he hadn’t worked on my case at all, and then he went on to tell a long story about himself not studying for tests when he was in law school. I have no idea why he did this unless he was just embarrassed and couldn’t stop talking, bc to me it was just more proof that he’s so lazy and doesn’t take his responsibilities seriously. The worst part is that he lost me everything. 2 houses, stocks and retirements and on top of that, he appointed the worst realtor to take control of the property I was in. I would strongly recommend hiring lawyers who will actually work on your case and not put your life in the hands of Garcia and Ramires.
