  I was referred to Robert Bogdanowicz in the summer of 2023. His representation of me in that particular matter was hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. Robert and his associates were super responsive, professional, but also transparent and realistic about outcomes and possible scenarios. I built immense trust in him and his team from that first experience. While unfortunate for me, I did need to retain Robert and another partner in his firm for a second matter in 2024. Similar to the first experience, Robert and his entire team were so responsive, helpful, communicative, and realistic. I have full faith in Robert and his team, because I know that they would not provide me with false hope when facing legal challenges, but provide the transparency and guidance that's individualized and needed in each client's circumstances. While they remain optimistic, and fight like heck for you and your case, they want to minimize risk, exposure, and cost to you as their client. I hope that I don't need their services again in the near future, but if I should ever need legal representation again in the future, I would not hesitate to call Robert and his team of attorneys.

  Rob is the best attorney to choose! Hands down! He tells it like it is, doesn't avoid the truth or sugar coat the answer. Getting pulled into a lawsuit is scary. Rob calms your fears with facts, then rolls up his sleeves and goes to work for YOU!! He is passionate about the law, knows his stuff and is a compassionate human being. Couldn't ask for more :)

  I consulted BurkeBog regarding a design rights issue. At first, I noticed their slogan "Old school, Meet New School". And I figured that that this is just another fancy words for marketing purposes, especially that this is usually the case with most law firms as they just use such statements to attract potential clients, but what really happens (at least from my experience) is either no response at all when trying to communicate with them or getting a general reply such as "we are not interested", "we can't take your case", etc... without receiving any kind of feedback. I understand that there is no obligation to do so, but then again why such firms use such marketing strategies if they are not willing to abide by them in the first place? But my experience with BurkeBog was unlike any other law firm. First, I received a prompt reply from the firm and within a weekend. Second, the firm took its time to review the case with all the necessary documents in order to provide a straight to the point feedback. They conducted a real internal deliberation, and I was informed along the way with the progress of the consultation process. Third, I was offered an opportunity to elaborate more on my case and to comment on their feedback with any additional information, which resulted in another round of reviewing the case. BurkeBog is truly a "new school" law firm with superb work ethics. The firm provided me with attentive consultation process that reflects their willingness to really adopt a new school policy for legal services that sees a potential claim as a mutual investment opportunity rather than the typical perspective of cost per service. This is especially important when it comes to individual foreigners with a claim against large companies as such policy paves the way for inventive legal services that benefit all parties.   Rob Bogdanowitz represented me in the wrongful termination lawsuit and contract dispute. I own a plastic surgery practice and in 2021 I fired one of my physician employees, who subsequently sued me. Throughout the process Rob showed incredible composure and confidence. The case was eventually amicably resolved. Rob made the whole process very stress free. He talked to me every step of the way and every time I felt worried or stressed he was always able to calm me down and reassure me about our eventual success.
