I always had to do the calling they wouldn't update me on my case they only had me to speak to psychologist 2 over phone, I had to do foot work to get them my bills. They misgenered my as he instead of she as well as him instead of her. I brought it to there attention and they only corrected he to she and still left me misgenered as him instead of her in the demand letter. They also turned down 2 offers without my knowledge of of the offers, the only way I knew about the offers I had called and asked for update then they told me they turned down 2 offers which was suppose to been my decision it's my case not thiers and they didn't do the things I asked of them which was critical in my case. I believe they damaged my case. Then they withdrew from my case. They are very Sloppy, unprofessional and I don't know who gave them law licene
