They called and called for information sent me to the doctor I think I went probably five times all together including therapy. Well my insurance company sent them a check for 30,000 dollars and someone by the name of Danny sent me a text stating my case settled on the 23 of October. Now it is passed on to someone named Kimberly to do the disbursements and I should here something in about a week. Fast forward to today November 3 I have been calling to speak to Kimberly every time she not available I have called just about every day they state I will take a message for her to call you back never get a response. I feel like this is fraud now because they received that check I haven't received a dime and I am the one that got injured.I spoke with Danny before he supposedly gave this case to Kimberly and he stated I should receive close to nine thousand after they took out for bills and their part. I haven't received anything and Noone is willing to talk to me now. At this point I am going to contact the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division along with the Texas Department of Insurance. I have accumulated a lot of debt that needs to be paid and this company taking all of my personal injury insurance settlement is not right nor did I sign up for this.
