Little to any information given to me about my case pushing dates and trying the most to give me a little settlement. I’ve been patient with them at this point. It’s call them out for what they are do what yall want remember who went through the accident and doctors appointment me not yall!!!

- NRNancy RangelNov 3, 20251.0Please please if you’re thinking of hiring them for your personal injury case & you have minors in your case please note that they won’t pay you till your minor turns 18 & that depends on how the judge handles the case . If the judge decides the minor will get pay in parts after turning 18 you won’t see NO money . My case has 3 years 3 months & they already got all the money from insurance but they won’t give us anything since my daughter is not 18 . I’m calling them asking them for solutions I even asked them I wanted to speak with the lawyer and I guess he’s really busy because they NEVER want to transfer my call . I’m tired & frustrated is just not fair we are the ones who suffer in that accident we are the ones who didn’t have a car after the accident it was a total loss & the lawyers get to keep most of the money . Please find a better lawyer who can actually work for you & treat you with respect & dignity.

They called and called for information sent me to the doctor I think I went probably five times all together including therapy. Well my insurance company sent them a check for 30,000 dollars and someone by the name of Danny sent me a text stating my case settled on the 23 of October. Now it is passed on to someone named Kimberly to do the disbursements and I should here something in about a week. Fast forward to today November 3 I have been calling to speak to Kimberly every time she not available I have called just about every day they state I will take a message for her to call you back never get a response. I feel like this is fraud now because they received that check I haven't received a dime and I am the one that got injured.I spoke with Danny before he supposedly gave this case to Kimberly and he stated I should receive close to nine thousand after they took out for bills and their part. I haven't received anything and Noone is willing to talk to me now. At this point I am going to contact the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division along with the Texas Department of Insurance. I have accumulated a lot of debt that needs to be paid and this company taking all of my personal injury insurance settlement is not right nor did I sign up for this.
