  I went to this Law Firm, and met Jacob, this was well over a year, maybe even two years ago in the year 2023 I believe. Mr. Guzman was his assistant and they were very helpful. I don’t know what happened but the lawyer, I had , that I was trying to. get away from lied, told me that Jacob and the Huseman Law Firm, said they were not going to even be involved in my case. Jacob had told me I believe that he would take the case and I thought he was going help transition me to his Law Firm, but something happened, , and the previous lawyer, that I was trying to remove, I believe told some lies and made it to where I would stick with him.. He was going to get all the papers that I gave to Jacob and the Law Firm and have a runner pick them up or something, but I got very angry, And I told them, Mr. Guzman, specifically that I brought those papers there and that they were mine and he was not to give them to the previous lawyer or anyone else. I was rude and very angry about it. So they sent them back to me via certified mail. So I do believe the previous lawyer was the one at fault, and he caused a lot of confusion and a lot of angriness on my part. Unfortunately., Mr. Hubert, and Mr. Guzman and the Huesman Law Firm got cheated out of a case, if they were indeed going to take it, because the previous Lawyer told me that they would not take it and were not going to take it at all and were never going to be involved so I believe it was Him who caused such confusion, and mixed up othings up, to the point where I thought Mr. Hubert had lied to me. and caused me to be angry with Jacob and Mr. Guzman and the Huseman Law Firm. He also cheated me out of a chance, to have a better lawyer, and to see how I would really like the Huseman Law Firm. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that Chance. I wrote a negative review a while back about all this and I shouldn’t have, and if you did Read it, I am retracting anything I ever said there… I feel that I was just cheated out of a chance to use them because the prior lawyer twisted things around to his point of view. Now, if Mr. Hubert and the Law Firm, were not going to take my case, which Jacob led me to believe they would, I would’ve thought they would’ve told me upfront and face-to-face. But I never got that from them, and all they got from me was an angry., So-called new client, because of something that the prior lawyer mixed up and lied about. I am very sorry that I did not give them a fair shake at Huseman. I just thought they had abandoned me in midstream. Now I think I know different.. They seemed very professional there, and I wish I could try and use them again. but I’m sure that bridge is burned.
