  My husband and I are so glad we found Baker & Baker to handle our guardianship case. We were concerned that the process for transferring a guardianship case from another state and getting it approved in Texas would be a difficult and long process. Mr. Baker and his paralegal, Hailey Hale were wonderful. They were constantly keeping us updated on the progress and took the time to answer any questions we had. After dealing with 3 different attorneys in another state, Baker & Baker was a breath of fresh air. Their professionalism and compassion for what we were dealing with was so appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I know the next time we need legal advice we will be making a call to them again.

  I don't even think there is a NEGATIVE 0 to rate these people. They took advantage of my father and had him sign forms that were NOT THOROUGHLY GONE over with him (dad). My father later told me yesterday that he didn't even know what it was that he was signing, "It was like a hit and run job." Unfortunately, my sister was the one with dad and she did not pay attention OR it was convenient for her and her husband, Dad expressed that "He did not sign any "Declaration...." Talk about taking advantage of the elderly. very unprofessional and will Definitely be reporting the to the :State Bar of Texas." I do not want any apologies from Mr. or Mrs. Baker. You should be ashamed of yourselves for all the damage you have created.

  TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST !! Called to get info on elder law asset protection, estate planning, etc and no questions would be answered until I PAID $250.00 UP FRONT. Couldn't even tell me what the $250 got me except for a "consultation". Couldn't commit to how long the "consultation" would be. Couldn't commit to an hourly rate for attorney to work on estate matters. HAD TO PAY $250 up front to discuss any further! Talk about ELDER ABUSE - WANT TO TAKE ELDER $ UP FRONT !!!!! NOT THE LAW FIRM YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH WHO ASKS FOR $ UP FRONT AND WON'T DISCLOSE ANYTHING !!!!! LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!!
