  Madison was truly a blessing during one of the hardest times in my life.   Sarah Wilkinson was a fair court appointed attorney who, even though I wanted to emotion filed was advised that Brazos county Would not hear it, which actually violates my constitutional right and I was arraigned and told that I had the right to examine in trial. I didn’t believe her, so I wrote my own motion and she was right. They did not hear it and they did violate my rights after deciding that I can’t win a case If the judge in prosecution, choose not to follow the constitution, I didn’t ask Mr. Wilkinson Reach out to the prosecution for a pre-Indictment plea Which she did do and was able to get me the minimum of six months on a state jail of felony 1244-A which allow me to Serve my time In county Which also included two days credit for every one day served, which I would not had gotten had. I went to say jail so I feel even though the Brian police program had no problem cause to pull me over did not have my consent to search my car did not allow me to have an attorney present while they search my car and did not have any warrant to search my car that I still got the best deal that I was gonna get under the circumstances that our government federal State and local No matter whether they’re conservative or liberal, violate your constitutional rights you’re Inalienable God-given rights so Brazos County is just as corrupt as any other place in America. I feel like Sarah Wilkinson should run for a district attorney because she does have morals and I do believe she does believe in the constitution and would fight to defend it even if it meant dropping a case due to the fact that the police didn’t follow proper procedure thank you Miss Wilkerson for doing the best you could for me and I later found out that it’s not only Bryce County. That’s not following the constitution it’s common practice all over Texas. God bless you for everything you’re doing. Keep up the good fight.
