It had been 3 weeks and I thought she had filed then she called me again to clarify terms for filing and said she would get right on it. THEN another 3 weeks go by and SHE STILL HAD NOT FILED. Also, called her well before filing to get information on my travel and kids and she gave me advice and then during the divorce she said OH this travel doesn't look good it will work against you. I feel like did not have my back, she was not looking out for my best interest, there was a lot of confusion and I had to get another attorney in order to ensure I had strong counsel for me and my children. Then she refused to return my retainer, even though I left due to her mistakes.
