He advised me to let the opposing counsel continuously postpone my case when I made it very clear that I wanted a quick resolution. It was an uncontested case, so there was no reason to postpone, except that of course it raised my fees. After $5k and over a year, I finally put my foot down and refused any more postponements or payments. Ehren did finally get the order signed, but I had to harass him to do it and in the end he was rude to me and even said he was "working for free". In the beginning he told me how much it would cost, and I paid it up front. I also gave him more later, when he told me he had spent more time and needed to be paid. I guess that doesn't count... I will say that he was good about staying in contact, he eventually did the job, and he seemed to know the law.
