I work directly with Ehren, not only did he help me get full custody of my children, but he also gave me a better understanding of family law, as well as my rights I was beyond pleased. It was an uphill battle, but he was in it for the fight, and we won. Very thankful to him and his law firm

I have been in and out of court over the course of 6.5 years now with Ehren, and while not every hearing has gone the way I would like it to, outcome wise- Ehren is realistic, matter of fact, and responsive. I recommend him to everyone who asks for a family lawyer's name.

Mr. Ezzell frequently failed to respond to email communications while he was representing me. He would regularly ignore the substance of my communications, causing me to send repeat emails for clarification. On several occasions, I had to send the same communication 2-3 times to get any response. He billed me for the time it took to read my emails, but did not respond. This lack of professionalism and communication resulted in his dismissal as my attorney. He also did a 180 degree reversal on the legal advice he offered on not one, but two occasions. After the second one, I fired him as my representative. When I asked for a refund of the retainer I had paid him, Mr. Ezzell kept the credit card merchant fee of $175.00 (roughly 3% of the $6,000 I paid him). When I asked why there was $175 of my money missing he said, "That is the credit card processing fee. I do not refund money that I never receive. That would cause me to pay to represent clients. It is rare for me to be discharged, and I typically just incorporate the fee paid by the merchant services (eat the fee)." I told Mr. Ezzell that this is an agreement that he (the merchant) has with the credit company, and that I have nothing to do with that. I asked for the $175 to be returned, and he did not respond. I have filed a grievance with the Texas Bar Association.
