- LMLaura MoralesFeb 25, 20251.0Reading previous reviews really surprised me because i did NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCES WITH THIS FIRM. I paid over $7,000 and after dealing with the unjustly BON disciplinary actions against me for unknowingly taking employment with home health care during the emergency crisis of COVID I was given added time to my restriction which I ultimately would have had without paying for an attorney. I felt attorneys did nothing to change my conditions…I felt I blew 7k on Rivas firm for an outcome with no change, but added time to my case… I don’t recommend these lawyers. I had hoped for my case to result with little to no time under restrictions for responding to the governor’s call for nurses who had retired or not working to help during the time nurses didn’t want to make home visits🤷🏻♀️😭
