- RBR. Austin BlackmonDec 6, 20221.0I used David Komie for a case of mine. I had severe pain from the car accident but that wasn't their concern. It was only getting as much money as possible. I met David once and from there, I only dealt with his brother Matthew. I was absolutely assured that all of my medical bills including my initial doctor's visit was paid for before they took any money as well as well as before I was paid out. Come to find out they lied about that and let multiple bills go into my collections in which they are refusing to pay. They are not out for your best interest, they might get you a little money but it's only so they can get paid.
