    He was my litigating attorney for a cloudy land title issue many thought could not be solved (2 other attorneys had failed). He was cool, calm and over a two year time frame guided me to a conclusion/agreement that allowed me to sell the land. I highly recommend him. (I could fill this box with all that took place but probably TMI, but the point is - He's good). He doesn't nickel and dime you either.
