  Called this office to ask for info on a probate case. Front desk person was nice and said she would have to share my info with the attorney and get back to me in a few days. A month went by and I called again to see if someone could discuss my issue and left a message. It has been another week and no return call. I have moved on to look for another responsive attorneys office.
