- CGCarolyn Marie GilesNov 4, 20251.0Brandon White advised that I sign a mediated order (under duress as secondary counsel) admitting fault on my part as a mother, despite full knowledge that I had done nothing wrong. My son was given to his dad for summer vacation in summer 2024 after I attempted to protect him from sexual abuse. Don’t ever hire a family attorney if a guardian ad litem denies you due process, because they will protect the guardian ad litem and their working relationship with her, before they ever protect your child. I am still trying to dig myself out of this hole of injustice I was thrust into as a result of both his, Vanessa Samano’s, and Austin Lucas’ failures to represent me or my child.

- TRTara RicksJul 2, 20251.0Worst experience ever. Had to fire her as a mediator because the only thing she was mediating was my ex-husband. In my opinion, there was probably something more going on between them which is probably why he requested her in the first place. She was late and very unprofessional and dressed like she was ready to party. I actually had to tell her to quit telling me no and stop agreeing with the opposing party and go do her job and mediate my proposal. She would literally fight me about my proposals and say things line “well why can’t you agree to his side for this”. Awful, just awful.
