- CGCarolyn Marie GilesNov 4, 20251.0Brandon White advised that I sign a mediated order (under duress as secondary counsel) admitting fault on my part as a mother, despite full knowledge that I had done nothing wrong. My son was given to his dad for summer vacation in summer 2024 after I attempted to protect him from sexual abuse. Don’t ever hire a family attorney if a guardian ad litem denies you due process, because they will protect the guardian ad litem and their working relationship with her, before they ever protect your child. I am still trying to dig myself out of this hole of injustice I was thrust into as a result of both his, Vanessa Samano’s, and Austin Lucas’ failures to represent me or my child.

Her legal knowledge and work ethic are far from what you should expect from an attorney that charges $250/hr.
