Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. Based on the firm’s promise of clear communication and support every step of the way, my experience fell short of those expectations. While the case was resolved, the overall process felt disjointed. I hope the firm improves coordination and communication so future clients feel properly supported.
