I spoke to a VERY nice lady named Sheila who said that because of the nature of my issue, she would write it up as URGENT and someone would get back to me. That was Friday - it's now Monday evening and no one has bothered to return my call. Maybe their idea of Urgent is different from mine - not sure. But I did call another attorney who was super responsive and is taking care of everything. I called him today and he already has the ball rolling.
