Our Nashville office was founded in 1910 as Boult Cummings Conners & Berry and merged with Bradley in 2009. As Bradley’s second largest office and Nashville’s largest litigation law firm, we offer a full suite of legal solutions for local, regional, and national clients, with a focus on healthcare, real estate, economic development, banking and finance, corporate matters, intellectual property, and litigation. Service to the community is part of our DNA: The Nashville office actively supports the Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, and the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville and its Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts (VLPA) program. In partnership with the VLPA, our attorneys provide accessible and affordable business-oriented legal services to Black-owned businesses and nonprofits in the Nashville community through the Black-Owned Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic. Our office is also proud of its commitment to diversity in the legal profession and has been honored with the Nashville Bar Association’s Gold Diversity Award numerous times since the NBA began its recognition program in 1994.
