- ABAaron B.4 days ago1.0They only care about cases that require minimal effort on their part, and that pay the largest settlements! Their advertising claims that they care about "the little guy". That is completely untrue...
- WGWilliam GarnerApr 6, 20261.0Extremely horrible experience. My mother was put in a nursing home against my will by a hospital. Upon her death, she had a bedsore crater the size of a softball infected with incurable pseudomonas and E. coli in her blood from nursing home neglect. After 6 months of not hearing anything from my lawyer kaleigh Zurschmiede in kentucky, she decide not to take my case, so now I'm hurt on time for statue of limitations. Unfortunately, the state did a full autopsy on my poor mother because adult protective services got involved so now I have to live with that for the rest of my life on top of knowing she did not get justice. The process was not transparent and lack communication. I could not even get a confirmation email. Why did it take 6 months for a decision, knowing the statue of limitations? When I called for explanations, all I was told was they could not give me a certificate of merit, that is completely the opposite of transparent.

I wa handed over to 3 different departments I qualified for no help, being a disabled Combat Combat veteran with police brutality (attempted to kill with an interstem implant and multiple tasings) documentation, loss of home, kids and everything in our name. I am a federal whistleblower with the IRS, DOJ, DHS, OSHA and FBI. They recorded my entire intake and sent me packing. I hold information on human trafficking, child molestation and systematic abuse. They refused my case.
