    The adjuster in this claim is Chelsea Ausborn. She keeps saying something about they don’t have the coverage on the claim. If your company hits another vehicle then to me they are responsible. I have no idea what she’s talking about. I’ve been given the run around on this for two weeks as to whether they are deciding to cover it or not cover it.
