  My husband and I hired Brent to defend our son for a criminal case. His professionalism is impeccable. His response time to texts or calls is very quick, often within minutes, and he will take the time to fully answer any questions or concerns you may have. We were always notified immediately of new information and changes to the case. Our case was extremely difficult, at times it seemed hopeless. Brent never gave up. His determination, patience and expertise was the light at the end of our tunnel. Brent was able to achieve a result that we firmly believe no other attorney could have done, and ultimately will give our son his life back. When he accepted our son as a client, Brent also accepted that we were a large close knit family, and very involved in supporting our son. As well as being a phenomenal attorney, Brent is also a phenomenal person. He was very kind to everyone in our family, and very compassionate to the different emotions we were experiencing. I know personally, how difficult it can be to contact someone you don't know and start talking about something that is sensitive and personal in nature. Brent is going to be that person you can talk to. He will put you at ease very quickly, he will be honest, and will take that burden off your shoulders. He will give you 150% at all times.   No one wants to go through something where you need a lawyer. You need some one who has knowledge and experience, not a gimmic. With Mr. Horst, I knew he devoted his time to research every aspect of my case. He really listened to how it effected myself and my family. I knew I had the best. I can not thank Mr. Horst enough for working so hard and getting a positive out come. My family and I would recommend Mr. Horst to anyone who is in need of an attorney.

  I never expected that I would find myself in a position that required the assistance of a criminal defense attorney, but I did, and am grateful that Brent represented me. Brent is highly experienced, and knowledgeable, and presented my case in a way that achieved a most favorable outcome. The court clerk even commented that I must have had a very good lawyer to get the results that I did.
