  Lance and Lisa helped my brother during a very difficult time when he had few options. Given the circumstances, Lance achieved the best possible outcome for where my brother was in his life. I live in another state and found Lance online after speaking with several attorneys. He was clearly the best fit for our needs. He even returned my call on the Fourth of July, and Lisa quickly arranged a Zoom meeting that immediately put me at ease. Although we never met in person, they kept us informed through calls and emails, making the process smooth without requiring extra travel. This was our family’s first experience with the legal system, and I had many questions. They were always responsive, patient, and thorough, never making me feel like a burden. I appreciated the personal attention of a small office where we didn’t feel like just another case. I highly recommend Lance and Lisa—they make a great team.

  I cannot thank Lance Baker enough for giving a family member a new lease on life. Lance knows what to do to get a sentence reduced, dismissed, and even expunged. Lance was up front about his fee and allowed my family to pay him in installments over 6 months. Lance's office was quick to respond when my family member got in trouble. If you make a mistake and get sideways with the law, Lance is a great option in East Tennessee. He is well respected.
