We hadn't updated our wills etc in a long time and had some major changes that had to be written in. He asked us questions that we wouldn't even have thought about. The papers were sent to us ahead of time so we could be prepared when we walked into his office to sign them. We would recommend him to anyone. He also provided us with complete instructions on how to find his office and where to park. We were not familiar with that part of Knoxville. He is trustworthy and professional. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
