  Rich Scrugham helped us with our wills. He did a fantastic job for us. He showed us how we needed to change some things to make sure everything went where we wanted it to go.

  My husband and I used Richard Scrugham for our estate planning. He was thoughtful, thorough and treated us as if we were his parents/grandparents. We hadn't updated our wills etc in a long time and had some major changes that had to be written in. He asked us questions that we wouldn't even have thought about. The papers were sent to us ahead of time so we could be prepared when we walked into his office to sign them. We would recommend him to anyone. He also provided us with complete instructions on how to find his office and where to park. We were not familiar with that part of Knoxville. He is trustworthy and professional. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
