  I am here in 2026 writing about this attorney that helped me in the year 2022 I thank this attorney for all he has done for me and my brother that was in a case together from a racist Walmart that we had shopped in after working electrical. We came to to this Walmart it was me and two of my brothers all we wanted was to get food to cook, so we filled the whole cart with food and we went to self checkout and started scanning we had so much food that as we was scanning we was putting the food back in the cart and some on the floor but we didn’t know we didn’t scan everything but we had the money so we also thought took out 200 cash back and as we finished we was walking out the Walmart but before we can get to the entrance two people walk up on us two white American folks as if they been was watching us and was waiting for us to make a mistake they asked for our receipt and we gave them it they barely looked at it and asked us to come with them. Mind you one of my other brothers went to the bathroom as we scanned so he didn’t know, so they took all of us to the office and looked at everything and y brothers where trying to explain they have accents because we are Hispanic the woman would smirk and be like listen I don’t understand anything not trying to listen to us and she said to us I don’t care so I stepped in cause i know English i explained to her listen how you are being isn’t right ignoring them so I’ll speak we are from New jersey this wouldn’t happen there if anything we have the 200 $ she said we had 99$ worth of items we didn’t pay for so i offered to pay on the spot but they didn’t wanna accept it. They had the cops already waiting from the beginning and the woman wanted the cops to take us I persuaded her saying if your gonna take us at least take 2 of us my other brothers was in the bathroom so she looked at the camera and said yea your right we will let him go mind you he’s white hispanic me and my other brother are black Hispanic. So they took us 2 at least they didn’t take 3 of us cause we wouldn’t have anyone to bond us out. As we are in Madison county in TN we stayed from Thursday to Friday we was lucky enough for our other brother to bond us out cause of not we would’ve stayed the whole weekend over something dumb. When we got free we found this lawyer and he had a brilliant plan for us to get outta this situation I took a program took all the charges and was able to get outta of this situation through Brian Johnson helping us and representing us, we also was able to get our money back and beat the case I went to a program for a little bit and I was able to get out that program and go back to New Jersey till this day I’m thankful for his thoughts his intelligence and his drive to get us out of it he listens to our story fully without any complaints he helped to the fullest till this day I wish I can find him over here in New Jersey I thank you very much and my god always bless you and your family.

  Brian himself is an amazing man and I couldn't have been happier through the entire process. He told me what he was going to make happen and he did. If you looking for a super respectful and super sharp dressed man to represent you then Brian Johnson is the man you want. Love the way he made me feel through a scary process and how comforting her was. I couldn't say enough how awesome this man is.
