  It goes without saying that after I leave a bad review in his 20-30 years in being an attorney he only had maybe 7 Google reviews. My other account posted a truthful and informative review of the process of speaking with him for a free consultation. The Stubbs Law Group must have made some phone calls or sent some emails to clients for Google reviews to try to burry my recent experience as since I left mine there are 4-5 (5) star reviews saying how much this law firm has helped them over the years. Anyone who has half a brain can deduce the situation at hand. I will continue this as I said as you had no right to treat me the way you did on the phone and people deserve to know how your tone and words come across. These are all facts as stated in my other review.

  ***Edit: you can most definitely come back and try to paint a better picture to make yourself look good in this situation, at the end of the day you were wrong, you were rude on the phone. You had a demand letter in your hands that gave you all the facts that you needed to deduce what I was seeking. On top of that you had the nerve to say that I couldn’t afford your services and then recanted on the phone to say oh well you’re working so maybe you could. In simple terms people call that one of two words, because I have a little more tact than you do I’ll refrain from posting them here. You can also bring back up the fact that you don’t charge for a consultation, but if that’s the case, then don’t make somebody feel guilty for you calling them looking to take on the work when yet again as stated below I offered to pay for your time.*** I must say that the last 30 minutes on the phone with you were one of the worst conversations I’ve ever had with a human being. When I mentioned that I considered pursuing this matter in court in Davidson County, I quickly realized I didn’t know what I was doing. You had the audacity to ask me three or four times during the conversation, “What did I expect to happen?” On top of that, you wanted me to feel guilty for receiving a free consultation worth $175, as you claimed, while charging $350 per hour. I offered to pay for your services when I was in office, your assistant said no! You also implied that this would be a lot of work and that you weren’t sure if you wanted to do it. It seems that you need to go home and retire, as your treatment of me on the phone was rude and quite disrespectful. I’m not some thug or a junkie, and I came to you through a referral. I will ensure that people understand how you spoke to me on the phone. If you want your money so badly, send me a bill! Also if someone leaves you documents, take 5 mins and review them before you call. That way you don’t have to spend most of your call asking the questions that were laid out in front of you! Our call may have only lasted 5-10 mins at that point. I ended our call with me telling you that I wasn’t going to continue the call with you speaking so crass to me anymore and I thanked you for your time. Do not recommend unless if you want to be treated like a second class person!
