  We retained Byars Law to assist us in a guardianship case when our grandchild joined us in Tennessee from Texas. Carly Darby and the staff at Byars Law (Nova Anton, in particular) were wonderful to work with! The entire team was professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the entire case, providing detailed information and on-point legal advice. Any questions, concerns, or correspondence were handled via telephone, text, and email (though not always promptly, which caused delays in our case early on – for which I would knock off a quarter of a star, if I could). That is not intended as a negative strike against Ms Darby or Byars Law, but rather a realistic drawback of their practice. I believe our case could have been wrapped up sooner, but their rocky communication practices delayed it. Overall, though, the team is very considerate of the client and does a good job!
