  My girlfriend hasn't been able to get a court date to remove lien off home, because her lawyer never bother to set a date and dragged it on for 2 years. Causing her so much stress, she kept her fridays open, when he gave her 4 dates, then never followed through. He's cost her time, money, and stress. The disposition states itself this lien is costing her money, by not setting a court date, he was just as responsible as the defendant and in after thought may have been doing it purposely, because it made no sense since it been assigned a judge for a year. So, I would never use them.

  My tenants are purchasing my house in TN. I connected with Matt Ellis via legalese for my closing. Each business has times when things fall through the cracks. My initial interaction with this firm was somewhat concerning. However, they pulled it around. I grew up in a world where you give people opportunities to do just that, make things right. This firm did. Mr. Ellis, my attorney, has dug in in a way that I respect and appreciate. He has bent over backwards to accommodate me and my needs. So, I am happy with the result.
