    Hired them for over three years, my court date was set up sporadically, little to no time to prepare nor did I get any help from them on what I needed to bring, I waited three years to go to court for an hour only to not get visitation with my daughter after they said they had the exact same case with the same woman less than a year before hiring them, thousands of dollars for absolutely no win in any shape form or fashion,

    Gave the run around for 3 years to a buddy then dropped his case over a few hundred bucks. Hes paid over 5 grand and only went to court once. He just wanted to see his daughter and they failed to represent him.

    I had a similar experience. I tried to write a review, but it seems like Kevin has turned off that option. Hired him for a child custody case, and he did more harm than good. He failed to put up any kind of defense. He failed to turn over any of the evidence for the case during the discovery phase. He failed to argue to have the evidence submitted during the hearing. He allowed the other party to lie on the stand, despite the fact that he had the evidence to prove they were lying. The other lawyer was hollering, and throwing false accusations all over the courtroom, and timid little do nothing Kevin didn't open his mouth. He actually helped the other side. This man should not have a license to practice law! He is a disgrace to the profession. If you care anything about winning your case, DO NOT HIRE Kevin Shepherd.
