  I personally would not recommend this law firm took 40 days to get a petition for emergency custody after paying 3300.00 down . In court there was no representation from the attorney, pretty much just sat back and let whatever happen ,happen. They were the ones that recommended emergency custody but took almost two months to even get the judge to look at or sign it. Once the judge signed it I was advised to wait til court to even pick my children up to get them away from their abusive mother. I would seek professional counseling if using these lawyers they will leave you with so much worry and anticipation, they wouldn’t or couldn’t tell me anything I needed to know as far as what was going on with the case they dropped me as their client because they were overcharging me with five minutes in court at a hundred dollars a minute that we were in there not to mention any phone calls made to them or emails getting charged over two hundred for each email or phone call. I was being charged for a drug test that my insurance paid for and submitted . Please take this advice. Money will do better elsewhere and if using them be prepared to do all the work, and to represent yourself. Very disappointed with them. This was a very serious matter that was not taken seriously.

We appreciate the patience with us and going above and beyond to help us get our family reunited. Landon hasn't stopped smiling since we picked him up yesterday. He's so happy to be back home with us.

  My situation is far from common. Kevin and his team have stood by me and continued to encourage me to keep standing as I have. I have 3 children, 2 daughters from my first marriage and a son, which I adopted in my second marriage. I have been in custody conflict with each of them and even both of them coming together to keep me from being my son's father after an already difficult road for him and my daughters. With Kevin and his team I have been able to maintain the progress and growth with my children as all parents dream and become primary custodial parent to my son. I was honest with Kevin and gave him only the facts. From there he presented my case with confidence to no waiver. When the other parties brought in several people to possibly testify or provide witness to their claims there was never a drop of sweat to fall in worry. Though these matters seem to not end it is only by the support and representation of Kevin Shepherd and Associates that I have been able to strive to be the father I want to be. The one I am still to be. Co-parenting is extremely important and difficult at the same time. Responsibility as a father or mother does not end and Kevin holds that bit of wisdom to heart and has done all that was needed to keep my family safe. The details of my case are far more unbelievable than one could imagine but when I wasn't being tough enough in my response Kevin would be sure to let me know. I thank Kevin every chance I get. He fulfills his duty as my legal representative with respect to not only me but the process. I will continue to seek his knowledge as well as his associates because of that respect.
