  Rude! Do not call I completely understand the process you must take. I didn't even get that far. The person on the phone was very rude from the beginning of the phone call. I was not interested in free legal advice, I was trying to find out what type of cases you take. It was not professional in any way.

  On June 19th, 2020 my life changed forever. My friends and I were roadtripping across the country after celebrating our college graduation, excited to start adulthood. During our trip, we were victims of an illegitimate stop, that resulted in an unlawful search and me in close quarters with an aggressive police K9. At the time I felt defeated, downtrodden and dejected by the evident profiling that occurred. The only time I felt justice would prevail was after meeting with the attorneys at HPS. John Hinrich, Pete Heidepriem and Mathew Tysdal reinstilled my hope and for that I am forever grateful. From Summer 2020 to Spring 2023, the firm fought tooth and nail for me. With their help, we were able to make history and change the law in Eight Circuit regarding traffic stops. This wouldn’t have been possible without HPS! Thank you so much to Pete for the late night phone calls answering all of my questions. You never hesitated to walk me through the legal process and your transparency was the foundation I needed during this time! Thank you for giving me the courage to not only speak out, but to cause a change. Evidently, if you are in the South Dakota area you must trust Heidepriem, Purtell, Siegel & Hinrichs, LLP with your case!

  I had a very unusual case and had the best experience working with Matt and the HPS firm. They do a great job explaining the process and always looking out for my best interests in mind!
