How's anyone supposed to get help? (My reply to message below)> Why leave message here and not call me direct? Your staff had all the info. The level of indifference towards people who are struggling to get help is astonishing. Did I get upset with the disrespectful tone given to me, damn right. Anyone trying to get help for a permanently injured family member and recieves what I did would be upset. Sincerely, Greg
