  I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Renee and Michael. It’s going to be extremely difficult to write this review without crying. My case was about fighting for my daughter and everything she deserves after an unfortunate injury at her daycare. There’s many layers to this story as this accident happened 5 yrs ago, but what sticks out to me is Renee’s reaction to our case. For years, we were ignored and made to feel like we just needed to move on until we were unexpectedly forced to take action. Renee immediately responded with compassion. It wasn’t just her compassion that moved me, it was her response as a mother. I could tell this personally bothered her and she was picturing her own daughter in this situation. Renee and Michael worked tirelessly on our case. They researched, got props for demonstration, hired medical professionals that specialized in my daughter’s type of injury, etc. They were amazing at communicating with us and guiding us through all of the intimidating processes. I trusted them and we won. I left this situation feeling like I had a team that fought for us and truly cared. I’m very proud of all the work we did to fight for my daughter and will forever be thanking God for Renee, Michael and her team.

  Renee and Michael were the greatest people to work with. They kept us informed of what was going on and were there to answer any questions along the way. Renee, Michael and the whole staff are very friendly and made you feel like family. We will definitely keep them in mind if every needed again. Can't say enough on how great that team is.

  Called. Was told I would hear back. Did not. When called to follow-up on why, i received excuses that didn't add up. Was interrupted and talked down to. How's anyone supposed to get help? (My reply to message below)> Why leave message here and not call me direct? Your staff had all the info. The level of indifference towards people who are struggling to get help is astonishing. Did I get upset with the disrespectful tone given to me, damn right. Anyone trying to get help for a permanently injured family member and recieves what I did would be upset. Sincerely, Greg
