Best regards, Client Experience Team" 👀 Well, I was upfront that Morgan & Morgan wasn't my first, second, or third choice but rather part of a volley after multiple delays. My review of Morgan & Morgan remains at one star after being offered and receiving a review. I didn't expect the "best" service from the most Anonymized law firm in America. I did expect to at least "take a number". Original post: 1/7/2026 For the country's largest injury lawyer to review a bullying case and essentially say that it's not that the case has no merit, just that we're not able to take this one? Yeah, that's not even worth one star. May 2024 we had a tragedy after documented bullying. July of 2024 we started researching specialized firms and were picked up. By November 2024 we were looking again. It wasn't until August of 2025 that we reached out to M&M here. I figured we would at least get a different response from the country's largest network of firms. Nope. They agree that we have some kind of case that someone should help us with, but they don't know who. That doesn't sound like fighting for victims.   I submitted a form on their website for a consultation. I received a prompt callback from an Indian callcenter. We went over everything, then he said he was going to see if this was a case they would take and hung up on me. I got repeated calls asking me to answer the same exact questions. I told them to stop calling me because they don't seem to communicate in house. I kept getting calls, multiple a day. They call and hang up then immediately call back. This happens multiple times a day. I have spoken to someone who sounds American, and told them to remove me from their list because they called me from another phone number. I've already blocked two because the calls WILL NOT STOP. Stay far away from this company. They will call you at the earliest possible time in the morning until the latest time at night. They will not remove you from their list. They will not honor your demands to stop calling; it is harassment to repeatedly call someone who has asked you to stop if you have no legitimate purpose to contact someone. I made it very clear, multiple times, that I am done trying with this company. If I receive one more call from them, I am going to the police and filing a lawsuit.
