  I hired Morgan and Morgan after I was rear ended. Ivy Williams was my contact and she was amazing! She communicated with me every step of the process. I would highly recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone who needs representation. And especially Ivy who worked around my schedule. If I could give 10 stars, I would! **********

  Over a one week period, my mother had 4 falls at an Assisted Living memory care unit in Myrtle Beach. First she broke her neck, next time she broke her back, then she injured her knee and finally broke her hip. She was physically healthy before these falls and did a lot of walking, but was unabe to recover from the hip injury becaus she was too medicated to get out of be and rehab after hip surgery. The Assisted Living facilities' memory care physician had prescribed risperdal to her even though she was a dementia patient. Medical journals report that this medecine should not be give to dementia patients. Thought this would be a good case for Morgan & Morgan, but they decided not to take the case. Not sure why, they gave me no specific reason why. Very disappointed.

  Representation and due diligence for my Injury was minimal or less. Assigned to a new person who just passed the bar and pathetically incompetent, lazy. and seemed uncaring. More but not here. Never recommend this " box store" type.
