I shared my story during the initial consultation in which they said they wanted to take on my case. 45 days later and I hadn't spoken to the attorney on my case to discuss my case further. They kept losing track of documents that I had sent in saying that I still needed to send them in only to dig deeper and find them. I had emailed and called them for over a week to get an answer on signing a document with the other person's insurance company and they never called or emailed me back. Not until i requested my complete case file and to terminate the agreement did I finally hear something back... but 3 days later. I learned that choosing the biggest injury firm in the nation is not always the best decision. Choose a firm that can handle the capacity of your case and where you are not just another number.
