  I was referred to Mr. Steven Surasky to represent me in an unfortunate divorce case that I didn’t want. From day one when speaking with his paralegal on the phone, I felt that I had made a good decision. She was very kind, and was very thorough as compared to other offices that I had called where they seem not to care whether I was calling them to obtain their services or not. Mr. Surasky has many years of experience in practicing law in addition to dealing with many different types of people. He made no promises that he could do exactly what I wanted him to do but assured me that he would help the most that he could. I am not a shy person and was not worried about what he might say or his disposition but I can tell you that he is a very caring, knowledgeable and predictable man. There are a lot of emotions that can get in your way while going through a divorce but Mr. Surasky and his paralegal, Toni, were very helpful in keeping me providing them the information they needed to get their job done while at the same time understanding the distress involved in a divorce proceedings. Highly recommend! Very professional and confident in his work.

  This law firm is defunct, closed and not a minute too soon. My attorney of record hired from another firm gave notice to the Surasky Law Firm I retained new counsel. This shut down the rude, hateful office girl with no legal skills or decorum of a NO CONTACT to his client, and a very frightened Surasky we were NOT playing and the Judge had been notified.

  I just called this office and they refused to see me as a client. Apparently it would have been a conflict of interest even with a separate case having anything to do with my own. So the woman at the front office told me that they could not represent me. This is so unprofessional. Please do not waste your time. If this is how they treat their potential clients I do not want to know how they would actually treat someone they were representing. Yes Stormy Holmes is my name now. So good job i guess. I was upset because of how the situation was dealt with. The rude comment made by the desk clerk was uncalled for. So maybe this office should learn professionalism like they are preaching. I have no desire to call this office again as i have called on three separate occasions. The first was hung up on and when I called back the second time was completely ignored and finally got the rude woman to answer on the third call. This office does not represent the good citizen so just keep that in mind when looking for a lawyer. The most rude response from a lawyer. " A difficult caller" because i asked if they were taking new clients and this woman asks my name and the proceeds to say are you with so and so and I am a bit baffled thinking what a rude thing to ask someone. I replied with yes and was immediately told we can not work with you and the phone hung up. So i guess if that is what you call professionalism than I am afraid our definitions are very different.
