- AAAmber5 days ago1.0They had me sign the papers for my disability and then scheduled a call back at 4 so we could redo the application for ssi. They called me at 4:15, said they’d transfer me, and put me on hold until I hung up at 4:45. I’ve been trying to reach them for the rest of the night and wait on hold for upwards of 30 minutes before I hang up again. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at all, and I already signed papers so I’m stuck and can’t go elsewhere. I guess I’m not as important as someone with a serious injury.
- THTyler Hajzus5 days ago1.0The mailing to us states once notified a settlement check would be issued it would be issued within ten days. It was beyond 15 days for a check reach up. This is simply inexcusable. Cutting a check is a simple task made painful by Morgan and Morgan.
