  Although I was referred to Bragirol Law by a trusted friend, until meeting him, I didn't believed lawyers like Mr. Braghirol practiced anymore. He was so kind, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable . I was nervous about my appointment but soon after meeting with him, Mr. Braghirol and I were talking like old friends. He answered all of my questions, and asked questions I hadn't thought of yet. I left feeling confident I had chosen the right attorney.   I highly recommend my attorney for anyone dealing with a custody matter. He handled my case with professionalism, intelligence, and genuine care. He was able to quickly identify and address manipulation and false claims, and ensured that the truth was clearly presented to the court. Most importantly, he helped put safeguards in place to protect my son from an unsafe environment, which meant everything to me as a father.   I will forever be grateful for David and the fight he put up for me and my children. I came into this case as a father who only wanted one thing to be the best dad I could possibly be to my two children. Being denied time, involvement, and the chance to fully show up for them was absolutely heartbreaking. After the first two court hearings, it became painfully clear that my original lawyer was not fighting for me or my rights as a father. I knew something had to change. I should have listened to my wife from the beginning (lesson learned 😅) and hired David first but I am beyond grateful that he stepped in when he did. David took over my case, immediately saw the damage and wreckage that had been done, and went to work turning everything around. From the moment he stepped in, he believed in me as a father.
