You never get to speak to your attorney and they do not try to fight for you at all. It’s been almost a year and I have not had any feedback about my plane or my Cake and when you called to talk to Your attorney you never get to talk to your attorney. It’s always paralegal other assistance and they never know nothing. They can’t find nothing on the bills the Kohl’s nothing and I’m like why do you handle my case if you’re really not handling my case because it really you don’t have no care in the world for my case or my concern that’s going on in my life.
