  Following the death of my sister, my wrongful death/personal injury case was referred to the Goings Law Firm by another lawyer. I was extremely grateful, however, to be referred to them. From the first meeting, I could tell that my attorney, Chris Paschal, was attentive, easy to talk to, and compassionate. I felt that he had a personal interest in me and my case, and in seeking the best outcome for me. He proved to be very knowledgeable, hard working, and professional. My case was handled in an expeditious manner, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Chris and the Goings Law Firm for any personal injury and/or wrongful death cases.   After a terrible car accident that wasn’t my fault, I was left with a totaled car, a big loan still hanging over me, and injuries that the insurance company didn’t want to cover. My husband and I were frustrated and overwhelmed, stuck with no vehicle and still making payments on one I couldn’t even drive. After weeks of going back and forth with the other driver’s insurance and getting nowhere, I finally asked a friend if she knew anyone who could help. She introduced me to Robert and that’s when everything changed. Honestly, it was one of the biggest blessings I could’ve received. Robert got to work immediately and handled everything for me. He knew exactly what to do and how to get the results I was hoping for. All I had to do was show up, he took care of the rest. He turned one of the hardest experiences of my life into something seamless and stress-free. Robert is incredibly friendly and understanding. He genuinely cares about his clients and is passionate about helping them get what they deserve. He explained every step of the process and kept me updated on any changes, big or small. I was absolutely amazed at what he was able to accomplish with my case. I also had the opportunity to work with one of Robert’s colleagues, Franklin Maguire, who was equally amazing. Franklin handled my mediation under Robert’s guidance and did an outstanding job. He has a determined, “go-get-’em” attitude and fought hard for my rights. When Robert unexpectedly had to step away for the day, I felt completely confident with Franklin taking the lead because if Robert trusted him, I knew I was in good hands. Not only is Robert’s office beautiful, but the entire staff at Goings Law Firm is warm and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I was greeted kindly and offered coffee, water, or snacks. If I was there for an extended visit, the staff always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt like a nuisance or that I was a bother and I always felt like I was their top priority. I would recommend Goings Law Firm to anyone who has been in an accident and needs legal counsel. You will not leave disappointed. If I could rate them 100 stars, I absolutely would.
