Emre esroy is the person I attempted to speak to who literally started going over my documents when he got on the phone with me. Instantly he was rude . Not only cutting me off but also over talking me. If you knew when you looked at my case that the other person lawyer was someone that y’all use for mediation or uses y’all for mediation then you should’ve led with that. For you to say to someone oh that will be a conflict of interest how so? You would’ve been representing me not her. And lastly how professional of you to hang up like literally just hang up after you said you would send over a document for me to sign to represent me after you told me that it would be a conflict of interest then when I said no thank you I’ll find another lawyer you instantly hung up. If that’s how your firm is being ran and you treat your future clients then wow.
