  Over the years, we've worked with Noelle Clapham, Robinson and Clapham, for RI Labor and Training issues with great success. Not only did she win a RIET case for us - (doesn't happen often in Rhode Island) - but she trained us so well that we've gone on to win Unemployment cases on our own!!! We don't hire or let anyone go without checking with Noelle to be sure we're compliant with RI Labor regulations. More recently, we worked with V. Bejma, in Robinson and Clapham's Collections Division. We'd been trying to get back payments totalling in the thousands, from a local hospital group for years, literally. We contacted Attorney Bejma; she sent a letter to their Legal Department and we got a check in full within two weeks. We were floored!!! Highly recommend Robinson & Clapham.

  Do not choose this firm. My experience was terrible. I would question things and either get no response for months or finally a snarky response. They will rob you on fees and have done nothing for them.
