- JJJApr 29, 20261.0Unsatisfied with the consultation I received. Intake representative gave me a difficult time siting confusion over terminology and claimed not knowing anything about claims and other processes I did not mention or bring up. I felt unheard and that she denied my case intentionally. My case involved more complex details that I was not questioned on. Only questioned on my injuries even though other family members including children involved. I called seeking new representation on my case, instead she questioned my lack of communication with my other firm, already making the assumption that I have not had communication on my concerns… I thought about calling back to speak with someone different but Im certain management is aware of how their intake representatives handles these calls since they are recorded. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Honestly dont even know why I kept trying to call back. I think it was the speech about how he and his team of people care about you. Lies got know where all you get is a placement on hold with nothing on the other end or a text link that also is no help. Maybe this guy works for others but for what I needed him for no luck. HORRIBLE!!!

I’m pretty sure it was in 2023 November.. I purchased sweatshirt under Armour shorts, tank top and sneakers
