- EIEric Isom5 days ago1.0They’ve had my case since 2022 or 2023(longest personal injury case ever)and I was patient the 1st two years and I have called for paper work needed for traffic court two weeks in advance and still have to submit another request in person. I have called for updates months in between and have been given the run around every single time and have been placed on hold for as long as 18 minutes being the longest! Also I have never met any lawyers since giving them my case only paralegal’s who continue to pass the buck! I was told two months ago that the lawyer would call me back within 24-48hrs and have yet to hear from anyone! I have never felt more unappreciated and under served by an accident lawyer in my entire life! Customer service is nonexistent! After 3 and a half years and less than 6 phone calls for updates you would expect some professionalism to commend your patience but I’ve received the polar opposite!
