  The details of my experience with Brenda are that she is a PHENOMENAL LAWYER!!!! She is a good person, with a good heart , very honest and very straightforward. I wish I would've of met her or known about her in 2016. I'm absolutely satisfied and happy with the job/work she did on my case. I've been thru about 6 other lawyers since 2016 , all selfish, egotistical, losers, just out for money , who , after hiring them, never called me back. Brenda ,on the other hand, met with me ,discussed everything with me, LISTENED to me and what I wanted for my son, and definitely delivered. She calls you back, promptly, shows up for the court hearings, gives her honest opinion of how things are going to go down, helped me with all the paperwork and never ,once , left me hanging. I now feel like a real father to Logan ,not a babysitter or source of income to his Mom. Logan now is going to attend a very good school and spend more time with me. Her approach to everything is no nonsense, with a nice respectful smile, at first, until his Mom snubbed her and at that point, it was on !!!! She even put me in my place and told me to lose my attitude when I got upset. I absolutely Love having her to represent me and I think anyone in the State of Rhode Island with a family court issue is crazy not to call her and hire her for thier case.   Mostly communicated with Kiara, her assistant. But both Kiara and Attorney Rioles were wonderful. Attorney Rioles holds no punches. She is a TRUE advocate for her clients and made the anxiety of a(n) (uncomplicated) divorce very easy.

  Working with Brenda was an empowering experience. I was a nervous wreck, unsure of what my future held after my divorce and, if I’m honest, lacking a lot in self-worth. With her straightforward demeanor and ‘tell-it-like-it-is’ personality she urged me to stand up for myself and my future. Her confidence is contagious and she was firm. She has all the attributes I needed to emulate if I was going to have a successful divorce from an unsuccessful marriage. I listened and followed her thoughtful and wise path and I received exactly what I needed to be a happily divorced woman. She is the attorney you need if you lack in confidence. She was the strong woman I needed to listen to and take advice from. Not to mention she has a great team member in Olivia who was thorough in communications with me and a great liaison. I highly recommend Rioles Law.

  Best Attorney in R.I. Brenda is the most amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and hard working attorney. She helped finalize a very contested divorce after two other attorneys could not. Every email was answered almost immediately. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I would not have had the outcome I did if not for her. Her assistant Olivia was so caring, detail oriented, and walked me through every step of any documents I need to prepare. I never had an issue making an appointment or communicating with either Brenda or Olivia. I cannot recommend her enough. She truly in the best in R.I.!
