  Victor Neubaum did an excellent job in facilitating my legal proceedings. He had no issues in answering any questions I had and often responded back after hours to keep me updated. He is matter of fact and to point, and for me that was most helpful in keeping me on track with what needed done. I appreciate everything he did and, though I hope to not need his services again, know where to go if I do.

  I would like to thank Victor Neubaum for taking my Divorce case, several years ago (2012) and Ultimately and totally wining this case and saving my life almost five years later! I am a Disabled military retiree, who lives in Louisiana and Since I am NOT a resident of PA, (my EX wife is and she filed in York) I needed a Lawyer from PA, who is familiar with the laws on divorce in PA and also how they applied to my case since my case was over my Military retirement / Disability, (which is governed by Federal Law, Not PA state law)! Victor is a Very experienced, Very Knowledgeable, and always Professional Attorney who is Fact driven, The most thoroughly detailed and methodical attorney I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Although this was an extremely stressful and un usually long case, Victor and his team of Legal experts were able to prove the false accusations made against me, He was able to cross examine the EX wife who while testifying under oath blatantly lied on three separate occasions. Victor was able to overwhelmingly deny her ANY compensation from my retirement period, and completely and totally destroyed them in court. I want to Thank Victor and his entire team, for not only preserving my Pension for my family and I now, but for saving my life!! This case was extremely emotional and stressful, (causing forever Divorce PTSD). I would also like to thank the divorce master for having the ability to see right through the lies made against me and for ultimately concurring with Victor and the recent Opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court! Although it did take awhile for all of the true facts to come to light, Ultimately the truth always prevails over evil, and this case proves that fact! If you are in need of a Professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable attorney to represent you, stop looking. You have just found one! Victor Neubaum is a No non sense, fact driven Lawyer who will get to the bottom of your problem, and get results!! Again, Thank you Victor, for saving my life, preserving my retirement and allowing me to provide a comfortable life for my family now! I am forever grateful, Thank you!

  Gil Malone represents several municipalities in southern York County as their solicitor. He speaks out of turn, interjects himself into every question. overrules opinions of the elected and appointed Board members, disregards anyone else's opinion, will not consider an alternative way to accomplish a task, wastes everyone's time and money mostly due to not being current with technology or modern day practices. I doubt there is a computer or cell phone in his office. It's a shame he is still practicing.

  I would like to first say that I understand that life happens and it's usually best to pick yourself up and keep going. With that being said I had suffered an injury resulting me being put on short-term disability. Now my employer has been giving me the run around and I've been in and out of doctor's offices trying to get my Short term disability approved. As a result I had no income and fell behind a month and a half on rent. Resulting in me receiving the eviction notice. I called Malone just asking for advice and seeing what my options were but honestly I was pretty much talked down to the whole time. I was calling for legal advice and came away feeling like I was an idiot for asking. I'm just saying at the end of the day lawyers are still involved with customer service and if that's how you treat someone then honestly I hope your business suffers. If you're trying to see your options this is not the law firm for you. Find someone that will take the time or at least have legal assistants that are more versed in making sure that people understand their situations without making them feel like they're scum.

  Shameless, unprepared and devoid of any moral character - This appointment was an absolute atrocity. The attorney was unscrupulous and had the audacity to charge me for wasting my time. Seek legal services elsewhere please.
